Workout Express is a co-ed
interval circuit training program that provides a full
strength and aerobic workout in just 30 minutes!
Our clubs feature resistance training on a circuit of
8-12 hydraulic strength training machines and 8-12 cardio
stations.
Our clubs offer a variety of cardio stations in the circuit
such as:

- Stair Climbers
- Rowing Machines
- Treadmills
- Recumbent Bikes
- Upright Bikes
- Jogging Boards
- And much more!
This 30-minute express workout has been designed to give
men and women the most effective results without a major
commitment. Workout Express locations are not only fast
and effective, but cater to both men and women, from the
workout fanatic to the fitness novice.
